SUBJECTIVE

Subjective photography was born in Germany in response to the propagandistic use of the photographic image that the Nazis imposed their coming to power in 1933, and the exile that applied to the experimental avant-garde photography, production of which were described as "degenerate art" .

Its main objective was to promote inventive interpretation of the image to compose photographs that emphasize the manipulation and technical resources and the creativity of the author on the subject photographed.
